T9028

Immunohistochemistry
Staining of Sertoli cell microtubules within a Stage VII seminiferous tubule of an adult male rat using Monoclonal Anti-Tyrosine Tubulin, Clone No. TUB-1A2 (Cat. No. T9028). The heavy staining surrounding the Sertoli cell nuclei indicates a collapse of the vimentin intermediate filament network following treatment. Interstitial cells are also stained.
